The Person Behind Life Shift Pro
I’m excited to share a bit more about myself, because understanding my journey is crucial to grasping the essence of Life Shift Pro. Growing up in the city of London, UK, I experienced first hand the hustle and bustle of life, which has always kept me moving both physically and mentally.
As I evolved, so did my hobbies. These days, I’m really into walking, a simple yet powerful activity that offers me both fitness and relaxation. This love for walking reminds me that balance is essential in life. It’s about finding moments to breathe and enjoy the present, amidst our fast paced routines.
Fitness plays a major role in my life now. It’s not just about physical appearance, but about feeling great and being able to tackle whatever life throws my way. This ideology is interwoven into the principles of Life Shift Pro, encouraging everyone to maintain a balance between work and personal well being.
Helping others is a passion of mine, particularly in assisting them to break away from the traditional employment model that often boxes them in. It’s a driving force behind the Life Shift Pro ethos, ensuring that everyone has the chance to redefine their career path and lifestyle.
I also have some other business interests going on at the moment. I have recently set up a UK based drainage company with my nephews Dan and Jake. The business is called IEM drainage. We have high hopes for this venture moving forwards into 2026 and beyond.
I have an online blog website too which promotes wearable health tech through an Amazon associate affiliate business. This business is called Vertevia.com. This blog website has started to get conversion sales through Amazon now which is fantastic after 6 months of setting it up. Again, I have high hopes for this going forwards through 2026 and beyond.
I also have a micro trips travel business called Brief Escapes. This business promotes micro trips in cities around the world with local hosts. The trips include cooking lessons, local tours, wine tasting, mountain hiking, boat trips, history and culture and much more. This business is just getting off the ground and hopefully it will prove to be a successful venture.
